I took these in my backyard in the middle of the night. I just put my camera on fast and just kept clicking until my card was full. After around 150 pictures of fast clicking, I ended up with 4 or 5 good ones.
Ahh- the patience- or craziness- of the wanna be photographer.

These are nice. I wanted to do the same, but I never saw any close enough to catch.
I like the way the first picture looks like fingers. The second, looks so powerful! Great job!

If you set your shutter speed to stay open for like 30 seconds it will catch any lightening in that time and process it. Then you don't have to sit and click. Just a tip.
Great pics Jen. I love the way it is coming out of the cloud.
