Family Circle

For this photo, I balanced my tripod on the top of a ladder and orchestrated the whole photo from the top of the ladder, then pushed the button and had to climb down the ladder without touching the tripod or falling off (one part of the ladder was on my patio, and one part was inside my house four inches highter), and then get into postion, grab two hands and make sure I was looking properly at the camera. In the end, three of my kids in the final photo were either not looking or didn't look that great or something, so I ended up cutting their faces or heads off a different photo where they looked better and putting them onto this one. In the end, all the trouble was worth it, and we will treasure this photo for a long time.

You can do wonders with a ladder and a tripod. If you take up the challenge, I would love to see it.
